We publish books, workbooks, journals, planners, and thoughtfully designed resources that help people learn, reflect, solve problems, and sometimes simply enjoy a good story.
Meet the Founder
Susan Rath founded AM Publishing Collective because she wanted to reach more people than one classroom, organization, or conversation ever could.
Susan has spent her career teaching, leading, consulting, and writing. She began as a retail manager before teaching psychology at the university level and serving in executive leadership for more than 20 years, including as a Chief Operating Officer.
Along the way, she has worked with organizations across healthcare, professional services, and other industries in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Those experiences continue to shape the questions she asks and the resources she creates.
Susan lives in Colorado with Molly, her oversized Standard Poodle. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, and exploring dirt roads—just to see where they go. She believes taking care of the planet is simply part of being a good neighbor—and drives a Mustang EV because doing the right thing doesn't have to mean giving up a good ride.
